Brad Henn has worked in the Government Transportation field over the past five years as a Senior Project Manager. Brad recently joined Lumenor Consulting as an Associate and brings his extensive project management and process analysis background to complement the current team. His most recent success was the full-scale implementation of a SmartCard system in Houston for Houston Metro Transit Agency. The project encompassed 1300 buses, 7 garages, 450 Retail site locations, the 60 MetroRail ticket vending machines, and remote Cashless Point of Sale devices at Park and Ride lots throughout suburban Houston. Brad worked closely with the local agency as well as vendors in the US and France, installation crews, and remote software support personnel to make the system functional and ready for patron use. His involvement began from the initial bid through contracting, and continued through implementation, post-implementation support, a central management system and banking transition to a data center, and supporting the local maintenance and improvement of the system.
Brad’s background has been primarily working with several software/IT companies, including two startups in the first round of funding, Baan’s ERP and CRM software sales and support, and was successful in transitioning sales and production within Panasonic’s Automotive Electronics Division from Japan to the US and Mexico. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration degree, with a major in Management, from Clayton State University in 1994. Brad is a member of the Project Management Institute and is scheduled to complete his PMI certification in early 2010. Brad is a Georgia native and has lived in the Atlanta area most of his life.
