The Oracle Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL) Developer will develop Oracle application extensions, integrations, conversions, customizations, and reports. Additionally, Developer shall participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, starting with requirements analysis and progressing through functional design, system development, testing, and system implementation.
Oracle Applications Competencies:
- Hands on experience in Oracle development tools/languages such as Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL), SQL, Toad, SQL Navigator or similar development tools
- Understanding of Unix shell scripting
- Experience in unit testing and systems testing
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Experience in tuning SQL queries

2. Oracle E-Business Applications Developer/Designer
The Oracle E-Business Applications Developer/Designer will develop Oracle application extensions, integrations, conversions, customizations, reports, and workflows and participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, starting with requirements analysis and progressing through functional design, system development, testing, and system implementation.
Oracle E-Business Applications Developer/Designer Competencies:
- Knowledge and experience with Oracle open interfaces and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
- In depth knowledge of Oracle Applications Implementation Methodology (AIM)
- In depth understanding of integration alternatives including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Extensible Markup Language (XML)
- In depth knowledge of the Oracle Application schema
- Hands on experience in Oracle Forms, Reports, Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), Discoverer, and Workflow, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, Java, Java Server Pages (JSP), Java Beans, Web Services, XML, Toad or SQL Navigator

The PeopleSoft Analyst/Integration Specialist will analyze and document business requirements and processes related to County business; will implement and/or integrate PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) products for a single or multiple related entities; provide business analysis support throughout the project lifecycle for the installation, configuration, testing, implementation; and provide ongoing maintenance of PeopleSoft Enterprise ERP systems.
PeopleSoft Analyst/Integration Specialist Competencies:
- Experience and knowledge of the steps required for integrating, converting, installing or upgrading to a new release of PeopleSoft
- Experience and knowledge of third party products such as Tuxedo and Micro Focus Cobol

The Web Developer/Programmer will work on the installation, maintenance, development of Web applications and must have knowledge of web-based scripting language working in a Unix/Windows environment. The Web Content Specialist will support the strategic direction, creation, testing, revision and management of creative content for DeKalb County managed web sites. The Specialist shall also manage the production and implementation of web content enhancements by organizing, scheduling and monitoring all web enhancements. The Specialist will manage and revise Web content and architecture based on customer input and changing technologies. The Consultant will also make recommendations regarding the design of content layout, templates, navigation, and other functionality.

The .Net Developer will create detailed technical design documents and participate in project design reviews. Knowledge and or experience in a mix of Windows/Unix environments is required. The Developer must have extensive knowledge in Database (DB) Design, Stored Procedures, XML Data, SQL Script, Performance Tuning and Debugging in addition to designing/implementing interfaces involving PeopleSoft, Hansen, Oracle Financial Management Information System (FMIS), and SQL Server Development with .Net.
.NET Developer Competencies:
