Saint Louis Metro
Lumenor Consulting Group is providing project management and AFC consulting services to the St. Louis Metro. The system will be an account based, open payment system that will be integrated with the regional bus systems for the seamless transfer of passengers among the systems.

VIA Metropolitan Transit
We are plesed to announce the award of a Program Management Contract for VIA Metropolitan Transit, San Antonio. Lumenor will serve as the project implementation manager for a new automated fare collection system (AFCS) that VIA is currently procuring. Lumenor will help with with various tasks including design review; migration planning; developing an operating plan; acceptance testing; developing marketing plans; developing business processes (such as for call center management and inventory fulfillment); and, performing any other related tasks as deemed necessary/appropriate.

Florida Sunrail
Lumenor has been selected to provide support for Florida Sunrail's new Automated Fare Collection System implmenetation. Under the leadership of our Project Manager Neil Poling, Lumenor will be assisting Sunrail to manage the Fare Collection implementation.

American Public Transportation Association

The Birmingham-Jefferson County Transit Authority (BJCTA) is seeking help to engage the professional services of a qualified firm(s) in order to prepare a 5-year Short Range Transit Plan (SRTP). This plan will update the Transit Development Plan for BJCTA that was prepared in 2008 by Wilbur Smith and Associates. The BJCTA provides fixed route bus transit and demand responsive services to the City of Birmingham, portions of Jefferson County, and various cities located in Jefferson County. This plan will also examine coordination of BJCTA services with other transit operators in the Birmingham region, as well as the extension of fixed route and Paratransit services into neighboring Shelby County.


American Public Transportation Association

Translink is undertaking an initiative to modernize the Fare Collection system in collaboration with Cubic Transportation System. As a selected vendor Cubic will provide the modern fare colleciton devices and Nextfare Central System to support the operation at the backend. Lumenor, in partnership with a Local Tier 1 vendor - Decision Streams and Capgemini will work on Business Intelligence strategy for the new Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) implmentation.


American Public Transportation Association

The County of Rockland, Purchasing Department is seeking to retain a Consultant to assist the County in evaluating a Request for Proposal Transit Services - Operations and Maintenance. This project is being procured under the Small Purchase procedures as listed in FTA 4220.1F. The is a fixed price contract. There is a need to complete the evaluation and vendor selection of this proposal in a quick time frame. Lumenor staff will be working with the County in strategy sessions, meeting and provide a report for the complete evaluation.


American Public Transportation Association

The Freeway Service Patrol (FSP) program, administered in partnership with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and the California Highway Patrol (CHP), is responsible for operating motorist aid services directly to the public on roadways of participating counties in California. Lumenor will provide technology consulting services to participate and assist Metro FSP in guiding the technology planning process in order to develop a technology plan that is acceptable, approved by, and may be maintained and expanded by Metro FSP in the future.

The purpose of the Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program (PA UCP) is to provide “one-stop shopping” for firms seeking certification as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26 and as an Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) in accordance with 49 CFR Part 23. Lumenor received the DBE certification with Pennsylvania in October 2008
